Cancel sending a card: Unfortunately, once you've sent a card via Bird Postal, it is not possible to cancel the send. However, you can inform your guests of any changes or cancellations by sending them a message through Bird Postal.
Delete a guest from the management page: To delete a guest from your management page, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account: Access your Bird Postal dashboard.
- Go to the event: Select the relevant event or invitation.
- “Send” tab: Go to the guest list by clicking on "View the send stage".
- Select the guest to delete: Find the guest you wish to remove.
- Delete option: Click the options next to their name and select "Delete".
- Confirm deletion: A confirmation message may appear to validate the removal of the guest from the list.
This will remove the guest from your tracking list, and they will no longer receive notifications related to the event. If you need assistance, contact our support team.
