To delete a card on Bird Postal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account: Access your Bird Postal dashboard.
- Find the card: Select the card you want to delete from your projects or sent invitations.
- Delete the card: Choose the "Delete this project" option. You may be asked for confirmation to ensure you really want to delete the card.
- Confirm the deletion: Validate the card’s deletion.
Once deleted, the card will no longer be accessible. Make sure you want to delete it, as this action is often irreversible. Only projects that have not yet been sent can be deleted. If you want to delete a project that has already been sent, please contact our support team.
